About Darrick Scruggs
Darrick Scruggs started working for Arbor Drugs, but started noticing some things. He talked with the UPS Driver and found that he just bought a $750,000 home…in the 1990s. So Darrick figured he would ask that driver how he could afford it, and the driver said real estate. That launched a new interest and eventually a new passion for Darrick. He bought and sold over 250 properties for profit, and he ran a property management company that oversaw over 400 properties. He has attracted investors from all parts of the world, and he knows how to run rehab crews. Darrick has vision and takes action on that vision. He is also someone who enjoys sharing ideas and things he knows and on and off has been giving talks about real estate for years, including many times at a college in Detroit.
