Real Estate Investors Round Table – Making Money in Today's Real Estate Market
The Real Estate Investors Network meets the 3rd Thursday of every month from 6 – 9 pm to cover up to date topics in the real estate industry including a variety buying and selling strategies that work in the current market. This is a great resource for new and experienced real estate investors, landlords, property managers and people who serve realtors including title companies, insurance agents, rehab contractors, real estate attorneys, accountants and more.

Most Real Estate speakers and experts focus on the "how to's" of Real Estate Investing. I have found out that without a Personal Plan For Marketing Success, all of the "how to" techniques and strategies will have no value. My Eight Step Pattern for Marketing Success is designed specifically to guide Investors and Business Owners to be as successful as they can be.
"Leaders are Readers and Readers are Leaders." I will include a short book list along with my discussion. I repeat, it will be a "short list". If you read only 15 minutes each day, you will read about one book each month. The average American reads only five books in a lifetime. I have read about 400 books since I developed the habit about 16 years ago. So to include all of those books, would be difficult. It will be up to the success seekers in the audience to begin their own reading program and become leaders in their own right.
To mimic leaders is another way to find your own success. I will also include a short list of quotes from successful people to help inspire our audience. Again, I will encourage them to find their own quotes and words of inspiration and follow them in their daily lives.
