 Mark Potter will be speaking on “How to use Probate List and Foreclosures List as leads for your Real Estate Business”

Q and A Items being discussed:

•  Get the Probate List for your area (county) and review the leads in your farming area. Q and A

•  Contact the Personal Representative of the decedent and find out if there is any real property in the estate.  This can be done by phone, if the personal representative’s phone number is available on the probate list. The address of the personal representative is always available on the Probate List. Contact them with a short letter or postcard. Q & A

•  If there is real property, find out if the personal representative and the heirs of the estate would like to sell the real property. Q & A

•  If they plan on selling the property, offer to send them information on yourself as a realtor so that you could properly market the property, and get the maximum amount for the property.  You can offer to deliver your packet of information and have them sign a listing agreement. 

•  Ask for the address of the property, and related questions about the property so you can get started on doing a marketing analysis on the property. Q & A
